Easter will be around in a few weeks time, in April, so what better way to celebrate Easter, other than painting eggs and the usual family activities, to actually dressing up your pets for Easter.

Pet Easter Bunny

1. If you have a pet rabbit, you can dress up your bunny for Easter. You do not need to create fancy costumes, even putting on a cute ribbon on your bunny is sufficient.

2. Of course, you can als decorate your bunny’s cage with some Easter-related decorations like colored egg shells and fancy ribbons.

3. Do ensure that your decorations will not choke your pet rabbit and are safe. Fancy decorations can be made from edible alfalfa grass so that if your bunny bites into it, it would be fine.

4. You can even try to make a nice alfalfa hat for your bunny, too.

If you don’t have a pet rabbit …

1. How about dressing your dog like a bunny – complete with pink fluffy bunny ears. Your dog’s kennel can also be made to look like a rabbit’s hutch.

2. If you have hamsters, you can try decorating their cage for Easter. Actually, its hard to ‘dress up’ your hamsters, as they tend to bite into anything and everything. The most you can usually do is to just decorate its cage.

Well, at the end of the day, whatever activities you do with your pet – whether for Christmas, Easter or just for fun, do ensure that SAFETY OF YOUR PETS COME FIRST.

The photos are taken by me or my sister on our trip to a rabbit sanctuary. No, these are not stock photos of rabbits, but our own photos.

I’ll make some more videos of pets or put up some photos later in the year. You can also do the same too! Take out your digital camera and take digital photos of your pets. If you have a video camera, you can also take funny videos of pets and put them up on YouTube for all to see.
